This page explains who qualifies. The conditions are strict on purpose, and every one of them is visible to you inside the app as you study — nothing is judged after the fact.
Which plans are covered
The guarantee applies to our three bundle plans: Exam Ready, Match Ready and Residency Ready. Individual plans — question bank only, OSCE-R only, Crash Course only, the PHEE module or the Assessment — are not covered.
What you have to do before the exam
All four conditions must be met, and the first two must be met before you sit the exam:
- Complete at least 90% of the questions in your plan.
- Score at least 70% overall across the questions you have completed. If you are not at that level, you are not ready — and we would rather tell you that before you pay the exam fee than refund you afterwards.
- Sit the exam within your subscription period.
- Send us your official MCC Statement of Results within 60 days of results being released.
Your completion percentage and your overall score are both shown on your progress and analytics screens in the app, so you always know where you stand against these numbers.
How to claim
Email marketing@mccqbank.com from the address on your account with your MCC Statement of Results attached. We reply within two business days, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
